Too much of a hassle to send back as our son has been eagerly waiting for his present. My Carry Potty - Ladybug Love this product, had one in New Zealand so when we moved to Australia this was one of the first things to get on our list. When toddlers need to go they need to go so this is soo handy to have in the car, especially when they first get out of nappies. Love love this and the cute ladybug is an incentive to use it.
